CAREER
Clara Eguía has been part of Eguía – Marcas y Patentes since August 2022 and a partner of the firm since March 2025.
Within the firm, she works in the international department and in communications. Her practice covers trademark law, patent law, copyright, intellectual property, and notarial work.
Before joining the firm, she gained experience as a paralegal in immigration law. She later worked as a legal assistant in the notarial field, handling administrative tasks and legal advice.
Law degree from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba, class of 2023. She qualified as a notary public (escribana) at the Universidad Católica de Córdoba in 2025.
She also completed the Diploma in Intellectual Property, New Technologies, Fashion Law, and Creative Industries at Universidad FASTA in 2025.
